OrNorth Visibility Audit: Terms

By paying for the audit, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

A review of your website, Google Business Profile, main listings, reviews and the answers four AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) give for your service and area, measured against our 34-point checklist. You receive a one-page report with your top fixes ranked by effort, the full checklist with notes, and a 15-minute walkthrough call.

2. Price and payment

$197, paid in full before work starts.

3. Timing

We deliver your report within 7 days of payment and schedule the walkthrough within 7 days of delivery. If we need something from you, such as your service area or access to a listing, the clock pauses until we have it.

4. Deposit credit

If you sign up for our setup service within 14 days of paying for the audit, the full $197 is credited toward your setup fee. After 14 days, the credit expires. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. What we need from you

Your website address, the services you offer, the areas you serve, and accurate answers to a few short questions. We do not need any passwords for the audit.

6. What the audit is not

The audit identifies issues and recommends fixes. It does not include making changes to your website, profiles or listings. That work is part of our setup service, which is quoted and agreed separately.

7. No guarantees

We improve the signals that search engines and AI assistants use to find and describe your business. We do not control what Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other platform shows, and we do not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, or leads. AI answers change often and vary by person and location, so the answers in your report are a snapshot from the day we checked.

8. Refunds

If we do not deliver your report within 7 days of payment for reasons on our side, you may ask for a full refund. Once the report is delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

9. Your report is yours

You may keep, use and share your report and checklist, including giving them to another provider to do the work.

10. Confidentiality

We keep anything you share with us private and use it only to prepare your audit.
